This set is in used but good condition. The mini figures are also in very good condition with very minimal playwear. Please note the following imperfections:
1 sticker is missing from the right side of the model on a curved red brick
1 2x2 brown tile is missing and was replaced with a similar 2x2 brown tile with 2 studs
1 1x8 dark red plate in dark red is missing and was replaced with 2 1x4 dark red plates.
None of the above affect the performance of the model.
Comes from a smoke free and pet free home. Sold as is. Includes instruction manual but no box
